To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release North Fork Resort, its owners, employees and agents from any claim for injury, loss or damage arising from my stay or use of the facilities, except where caused by their gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
I agree to follow all posted rules and staff instructions, including quiet hours, fire and watercraft safety rules, and check-in and check-out times. I accept responsibility for damage caused by me or my party.
Photos and video may be taken in public areas of the resort for its own promotional use. Tell the front desk if you do not wish to appear in them.
